HSE Specialist – Società chimico farmaceutica

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a HSE Specialist.

HSE department deals with all the topics related to health, safety and environment. HSE Specialist will support HSE Manager in order to guarantee the compliance with Legal Requirements, Corporate Policies in terms of health, safety and environment at work location.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Support HSE Manager in ensuring regulatory compliance with national law for health and safety (D.lgs 81/08);
• Support HSE Manager in ensuring regulatory compliance with national law for environment (D.lgs 152/06);
• Support HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO 45001;
• Support HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO 14001;
• Support HSE Manager in updating and maintaining the Risk Assessment Document (DVR);
• Support HSE Manager in the management of AIA prescriptions (piano di monitoraggio e controllo)
• Support HSE Manager in updating and maintaining of HSE SOPs;
• Conducting internal EHS audits;
• Training and information of workers about EHS topics;

Prerequisites:

• D.lgs 81/08;
• D.lgs 152/06;
• Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE;
• Direttiva AtEx 2014/32/CE;
• Direttiva PED 2014/38/UE;

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or other technical disciplines;
• 1-3 years of experience;
• Previous experience and qualification as a ASPP (Addetto del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione);
• Experience in production plants, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industries;
• Experience in waste management and industrial Hygienist qualification are a plus;
• Knowledge of REACH & CLP Regulation is a plus:
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills that allow him/her to relate at various levels of the organization and between the various company functions;
• Team working attitude;
• Good written and spoken English;
