Job Opportunity: HSE Specialist - Sistemi di Gestione Qualità / ESG

Gi Group SpA, a leading Italian Employment Agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 HR professionals, is seeking for Gruppo Iren, a leader in Italy's multi-utility sector, two professionals for the role of HSE Specialist - Quality Management Systems / ESG.

The selected candidates will join Alfa Solutions, a consulting company within Gruppo Iren, in the Consulting Systems Management area. This team provides advisory support related to management standards such as ISO 45001 and 14001, including audits, training, and document development, especially concerning sustainability reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in implementing procedures related to ISO45001 and ISO14001 Management Systems;
• Conduct audits and prepare related reports;
• Hold meetings with client personnel to gather information for documentation;
• Assist clients in certification processes;
• Draft documentation and sustainability reports;
• Monitor deadlines;
• Provide training on Management Systems.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree in a technical field (Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Natural Sciences, etc.);
• Experience as an HSE consultant in Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), or similar, with additional ESG expertise;
• Knowledge of technical or environmental safety regulations;
• Legal or administrative skills related to sustainability reporting;
• Certification as an Auditor (ISO 19011);
• ESG certification;
• Proficiency in English and sustainability reporting is a plus;
• Driving license (Category B);
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for client site visits.

Contract Details:

Permanent employment contract with remuneration based on experience.

Location:

Reggio Emilia or Parma.
