Richemont, a leader in luxury goods, is seeking an HS&E Specialist in Lombardy to develop and oversee comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across all maisons. You will implement programs, coordinate training, and ensure policy adherence with the external RSPP and local committee.

The role requires experience in HSE management, ISO-standard knowledge, and a relevant scientific/engineering degree. Competitive package includes annual bonus, meal vouchers, and welfare benefits.

Formación

• ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems knowledge.
• ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• ASPP certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage HSE programs across operations.
• Plan and coordinate HSE training to raise staff awareness.
• Ensure adherence to Richemont HSE policies and standards across operations.
• Oversee safety and environmental plans for projects across Maisons.
• Develop HSE capabilities of site staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct inductions, audits, and inspections for HSE compliance.
