HSE Specialist

What you’ll achieve

As a HSE Specialist, you will be part of our Real Estate and Facility Management Team, ensuring proper conduct of work in the offices by implementing environmental regulations and safety measures, training staff on best practices, and fostering a safety culture within the company.

You will:
  • Support in maintaining certifications
  • Assist in preparing procedures, instructions, and disseminating safety culture through training sessions
  • Help organize training courses
  • Support updating DVRs and preparing prevention and protection measures
  • Collaborate on managing deadlines and operational controls
  • Analyze near misses and implement corrective actions
  • Promote a culture of safety

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
  • Strong knowledge of environmental safety regulations
  • Certifications required by the UNI 1172 standard and others (e.g., RSPP or ASPP)
  • 2-4 years of experience in HSE and project management
  • Knowledge of Italian health and safety legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, AutoCAD, Excel
  • Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial and Process Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
  • English proficiency (B2)
  • Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Membership in a relevant industry body (e.g., IOSH)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, multinational environment
  • Availability to travel nationally
