Experteer Italy is seeking a Manager / Team Leader to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and to drive proactive risk prevention across the organization.

You will identify hazards, design preventive measures, and coordinate ASPP activities in line with D.Lgs. 81/2008, leading audits, Gemba walks and investigations to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Experience with ASPP under D.Lgs 81/2008
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001/50001 is a plus
• Proactive, autonomous problem-solving and stress management

Manager / Team Leader

In this role you ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and drive proactive risk prevention. You will identify hazards, design and deploy prevention measures, and coordinate ASPP activities in line with D.Lgs. 81/2008. You’ll lead internal audits, Gemba walks, and incident investigations to inform corrective actions and continuous improvement. Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you help advance the company's HSE objectives across the organization.

• Identify hazards and assess risks to environment, safety, and health at work.
• Develop and implement prevention, protection, and control measures.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 and manage risk prevention activities.
• Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, and problem-solving investigations.
• Analyze injuries, accidents, near misses, and safety spots; document results and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate to manage health, safety and environmental aspects and propose performance improvements.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a structured company
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Knowledge of international standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001, 45001, 50001)
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, and produce reports under pressure
• Proactive, autonomous, problem solving and stress management skills
• Excellent communication; ability to interact at all organizational levels and work in a team
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Specialized or technical degree related to the role
• Specific ASPP course under D.Lgs 81/08
• Qualified Internal Auditor for one or more Management Systems (ISO 14001-45001-50001)
