Location – Fidenza, Italy

Job model – On Site

We are looking for an HSE Specialist in our Fidenza site, reporting to HSE Manager based in Segrate site. The role involves collaboration with different departments to promote a safe and healthy work environment, being the health and safety representative for the site in production, office, maintenance and logistic areas.

Your key responsibilities

• Daily supervision of the work site (production, maintenance, warehouses and offices) to check for any critical issues and report them to the appropriate offices or company management.

• Supervision of Logistic operations, provide HSE instructions to truck drivers.

• Contribute with other stakeholders in performing HSE risk assessments.

• Collaborate with the HSE Manager in creating / reviewing SOP of the HSE Management System.

• Collaborate with maintenance team in managing the maintenance plan.

• Participates in internal and external audits related to HSE.

You bring

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering, safety engineering, mechanical engineering, or management engineering.

• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices are requested

• 1-2 year experience in a similar role, in companies or consultancy firms is

preferable. Profiles without experience are also evaluated.

• Intermediate English level (written and spoken).

solutions and perspectives.
