Job Title – HSE Specialist (Health, Safety, and Environment) (74486)

Location: Fidenza, Italy

Job Model: On Site

We are seeking an HSE Specialist for our Fidenza site, reporting to the HSE Manager based in Segrate. The role involves collaborating with various departments to promote a safe and healthy work environment, acting as the health and safety representative across production, office, maintenance, and logistics areas.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise daily operations at the work site (production, maintenance, warehouses, and offices) to identify critical issues and report them appropriately.
  2. Oversee logistics operations and provide HSE instructions to truck drivers.
  3. Assist in conducting HSE risk assessments with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with the HSE Manager to create or review SOPs within the HSE Management System.
  5. Work with the maintenance team to manage the maintenance plan.
  6. Participate in internal and external HSE audits.

What You Bring
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety engineering, mechanical engineering, or management engineering.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, in companies or consultancy firms (profiles without experience are also considered).
  • Intermediate English skills (written and spoken).
  • A curious approach to problem-solving, fostering innovation by exploring new solutions and perspectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative spirit and team orientation.
