Job title: HSE Specialist (Health, Safety, and Environment) (74486)
Location: Fidenza, Italy
Job model: On Site

We are looking for an HSE Specialist in our Fidenza site, reporting to HSE Manager based in Segrate site. The role involves collaboration with different departments to promote a safe and healthy work environment, being the health and safety representative for the site in production, office, maintenance and logistic areas.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Daily supervision of the work site (production, maintenance, warehouses and offices) to check for any critical issues and report them to the appropriate offices or company management.
2. Supervision of Logistic operations, provide HSE instructions to truck drivers.
3. Contribute with other stakeholders in performing HSE risk assessments.
4. Collaborate with the HSE Manager in creating / reviewing SOP of the HSE Management System.
5. Collaborate with maintenance team in managing the maintenance plan.
6. Participates in internal and external audits related to HSE.

You bring:

1. Preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering, safety engineering, mechanical engineering, or management engineering.
2. Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices are requested.
3. 1-2 year experience in a similar role, in companies or consultancy firms is preferable. Profiles without experience are also evaluated.
4. Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
5. A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Collaborative and team spirit.
