IRCA Group cerca un professionista HSE per supportare il team HSE, assicurando conformità ambientale e la diffusione della cultura della sicurezza in stabilimenti e uffici. Possibilità di lavorare in ambiente internazionale e formazione continua.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in Ingegneria per Sicurezza e Ambiente o ingegneria correlata, conoscenze su 45001-14001-50001, Autocad e inglese minimo B2; si richiede disponibilità a lavorare in contesto multinazionale a tempo pieno

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria per Sicurezza e Ambiente o Ingegneria Industriale/di Processo o Ingegneria Ambientale.
• Conoscenze sulle normative di sicurezza ambientale e relative certificazioni (45001-14001-50001).
• Buona conoscenza di AutoCAD; corso RSPP e ruolo formatore considerati un plus.
• Inglese B2 minimo.

Mansioni

• Supportare il mantenimento delle certificazioni 45001-14001-50001.
• Preparare procedure, istruzioni e OPL e diffondere la cultura della sicurezza tramite training.
• Supportare nell’organizzazione di corsi di formazione.
• Supportare l’aggiornamento DVR e l’elaborazione di misure di prevenzione e protezione.
• Collaborare nella gestione di scadenze e controlli operativi.
• Analizzare near miss e implementare azioni correttive.
• Partecipare ad audit HSE.

Purpose of position:

Support the HSE Team in ensuring the proper performance of the work, both within the production facilities and in the offices, through the application of environmental regulations and the implementation of safety measures (of plants and equipment), training staff on the behavior to be adopted and more generally spread the safety culture in the company.

Activities:

• Support in maintaining certifications 45001-14001-50001
• Preparation of procedures, instructions and OPL and spread the safety culture through training sessions;
• Support in the organization of training courses;
• Support in updating DVRs and in the preparation of prevention and protection measures;
• Collaboration in the management of deadlines and operational controls;
• Analysis of near miss and implementation of subsequent actions;
• Participation in HSE audits

Requierements:

• Education:Degree in Engineering for Occupational Safety and Environment or Industrial and Process Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Skills / knowledge:Regulations on environmental safety, Knowledge about certifications 45001-14001-50001, Use of Autocad; RSPP course and as a trainer will be considered a plus
• Language Skills:Proficient English (B2)
• Computer Skills:MS Office 365, Autocad, Excel
• Soft skills:Communication and relational skills, Analytical skills, time management and organizational skills, active listening, willingness to work in dynamic and multinational context.

• Location: Gallarate (VA)
• Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
• Contract: CCNL Alimentare Industria
• Level: Impiegatizio
• Meal vouchers: €8 for each day spent in the office
• Remuneration: starting from RAL 35.000 €
