IRCA Group cerca un/una Specialista HSE per supportare le attività di conformità e sicurezza nei siti produttivi e negli uffici.

La funzione prevede applicazione normativa, gestione delle certificazioni e diffusione della cultura della sicurezza tramite training su rischi e procedure.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria per la Sicurezza sul Lavoro e Ambiente o Ingegneria Industriale/di Processo o Ambientale.
• Conoscenza della normativa di sicurezza ambientale e delle certificazioni 45001-14001-50001; uso di Autocad; corso RSPP e attività di formatore saranno considerati plus.
• Ottima padronanza dell'inglese (B2).

Mansioni

• Supporto nel mantenimento delle certificazioni 45001-14001-50001.
• Preparazione di procedure, istruzioni e OPL e diffusione della cultura della sicurezza tramite formazione.
• Supporto nell’organizzazione di corsi di formazione.
• Aggiornamento DVR e definizione di misure di prevenzione e protezione.
• Collaborazione nella gestione di scadenze e controlli operativi.
• Analisi degli near miss e implementazione di azioni correttive.
• Partecipazione ad audit HSE.

Purpose of position:

Support the HSE Specialist in ensuring the proper performance of the work, both within the production facilities and in the offices, through the application of environmental regulations and the implementation of safety measures (of plants and equipment), training staff on the behavior to be adopted and more generally spread the safety culture in the company.

Activities:

• Support in maintaining certifications 45001-14001-50001
• Preparation of procedures, instructions and OPL and spread the safety culture through training sessions;
• Support in the organization of training courses;
• Support in updating DVRs and in the preparation of prevention and protection measures;
• Collaboration in the management of deadlines and operational controls;
• Analysis of near miss and implementation of subsequent actions;
• Participation in HSE audits

Requierements:

• Education: Degree in Engineering for Occupational Safety and Environment or Industrial and Process Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Skills / knowledge: Regulations on environmental safety, Knowledge about certifications 45001-14001-50001, Use of Autocad; RSPP course and as a trainer will be considered a plus
• Language Skills: Proficient English (B2)
• Computer Skills: MS Office 365, Autocad, Excel
• Soft skills: Communication and relational skills, Analytical skills, time management and organizational skills, active listening, willingness to work in dynamic and multinational context.
