Une entreprise de renom dans le secteur du luxe recherche un HSE Specialist pour assurer la conformité aux réglementations de santé et sécurité, notamment dans un cadre industriel. Le candidat idéal aura une solide formation en ingénierie ou en santé/sécurité et un excellent niveau d'anglais ou de français. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de participer à des projets d'amélioration continue en matière d'environnement et de sécurité, tant au niveau national qu'international.

Competenze

• 5 ans d'expérience en tant que HSE Specialist, de préférence en milieu industriel.
• Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et/ou français.
• Volonté de voyager en Italie et à l'étranger.

Mansioni

• Collaborer au processus d'évaluation des risques et mesures préventives.
• Préparer des documents d'évaluation des risques.
• Gérer la surveillance de la santé et la formation obligatoire en sécurité.

* PROFILE
Position
L'HSE Specialist, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, will be responsible for implementing Italian health and safety regulations and shared safety standards with the Head Quarter.
He/She will actively participate in key ongoing projects, such as: ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Certification; Internal project "Focus Sicurezza 0 Infortuni".
Job responsibilities
* Collaborate in the Risk Assessment process and preventive measures for workplace safety and health
* Prepare Interfering Risk Assessment Documents (DUVRI) and verify the technical and professional suitability of contractor companies
* Develop, control, and update company procedures and operational instructions related to health, safety, and environment
* Manage health surveillance (organization of periodic medical visits) and mandatory safety training
* Collect and monitor improvement actions, reported risks, and alerts from departments
* Provide basic safety training for new hires or temporary staff in other departments
* Prepare reports on accidents, near misses, and safety and environmental KPIs
* Support Supervisors in activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and instructions
* Manage procurement orders for safety and environmental consumables and equipment
* Actively participate in continuous improvement projects related to Environment and Safety shared internationally
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment topics
Knowledge of health and safety legislation (D.Lgs 81/2008)
Experience in the role + 2/3 years preferably in industrial settings
Excellent communication and team facilitation skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
Very good knowledge of English and/or French
Proficient in Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus
