The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, oversee training, and assist in risk assessments while promoting a culture of safety. This role requires expertise in Italian legislation and experience in construction or energy projects.

Competenze

• Minimum 3-5 years of HSE construction experience.
• Experience in energy projects is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support HSE supervisors in implementing regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Prepare and manage the site emergency plan.

We are currently looking for an HSE Officer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN .

Your role will encompass :

• Manage mandatory personnel training and medical certifications according to local regulations.
• Support HSE supervisors in identifying and implementing regulatory requirements and defining HSE procedures.
• Collect and analyze site HSE indicators, contributing to the review of drawings and procedures to identify potential health and safety issues.
• Prepare and manage the site emergency plan, gathering key information for emergency references (hospitals, police, fire brigades, environmental agencies).
• Assist in risk assessments and ensure compliance with waste management regulations.
• Ensure activities are in compliance with Italian laws and METKA procedures.

What you bring to the role :

• HSE construction experience (minimum 3-5 years).
• Experience in energy projects is an advantage.
• University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
