Competenze

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans les secteurs de la production ou de l'ingénierie.
• Connaissance approfondie des réglementations pertinentes.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.

IMB Srl, part of CHART INDUSTRIES Inc., a world leader in the development of technical solutions for the cryogenic, petrochemical, and automotive industries, is looking for an HSE MANAGER / RSPP for the site located near Cremona.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

The ideal candidate is well-versed in all industry regulations, proactively updates and acts as a reference point within the company's prevention hierarchy, prevention actors, various representatives, management, and all workers. The role involves coordinating all activities related to Safety, Environment, and Health, and updating related documentation in collaboration with the local HSE Department and the HSE Director.

Specifically, the position involves the following tasks :

• Analyze production processes, factory operations, and related business risks to identify appropriate preventive and protective measures.
• Ensure application and compliance with current Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, supporting management to facilitate company coordination and uniformity.
• Ensure the organization is aware of its legal obligations regarding Health, Safety, and Environment, keeping it informed of necessary administrative arrangements.
• Assist the HSE Director in drafting, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and operating instructions, ensuring compliance with Management Systems and ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications.
• Promote the establishment of periodic Health, Safety, Environment, ESG, and Sustainability goals at the plant level, with action plans and resource allocation, and monitor their fulfillment.
• Encourage corrective and preventive actions and opportunities for improvement, fostering staff development in relevant skills and knowledge.
• Support the use of root cause analysis tools to prevent accidents and workplace problems.
• Manage safety and environmental training, appropriate PPE, and health surveillance for personnel.
• Bachelor's degree or technical high school diploma, preferably in a mechanical field.
• Possession of RSPP qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within production or engineering sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Good command of the English language.
• Qualified to serve as a safety trainer.
