Zusammenfassung

Lincotek Group, headquartered in Rubbiano, Parma, Italy, is seeking a proactive HSE Manager (Environment & Safety) to lead and continuously improve our Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. You will ensure regulatory compliance and manage a small team in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Italian environmental and workplace safety laws, plus hands-on ISO 14001/45001 experience and people management capabilities. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related environmental/industrial field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HSE management or coordination experience.
• RSPP qualification (Modules A, B, C) per D.Lgs. 81/08.
• Internal/Lead Auditor certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, implement and audit the Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems; lead internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Italian HSE legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08 and D.Lgs. 152/06).
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Update DVR and carry out technical risk assessments across operations.
• Environmental Management: Oversee waste management, emissions, discharges, and environmental reporting.
• Training & Culture: Define annual HSE training programs and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Authority & Stakeholder Relations: Act as primary contact for regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
• Incident & Incident Investigation: Conduct root-cause analysis for workplace accidents and implement corrective actions.
