HSE Manager - Italy, Tuscany - 12 Month Initial Contract

QCS are partnered with a leading international packaging company and supporting them with staffing solutions across their CAPEX projects in EMEA. As an organisation, our client is redefining packaging for a changing world and plan to become the leading supplier of sustainable packaging solutions. We are looking for a HSE Manageron a 12month contract for our client’s project based in Tuscany.

What you'll do:

• Lead EHS activities on-site including GC and stakeholder management.
• Identification & management of high-risk activities (HRAs).
• Monitor and report on DS Smith KPIs for safety across project stages.
• Safety audits, risk assessments, RAMS reviews, lifting plans.
• Daily Activity Briefings & toolbox talks (Italian language essential).
• Independent EHS audits and compliance monitoring.
• Training, communication, and contractor competency evaluation.

What you'll need:

• Extensive HSE experience on large international construction projects.
• Experience outside Italy desirable. Strong track record in stakeholder/contractor management.
• Italian language essential (toolbox talks delivered in Italian).
