Our headquarters in Italy is located in Samarate, Varese, just a 10-minute drive from Milan airport.

We offer a 12-month apprenticeship contract to support the HSE activities at the Westlake site and the HSE manager. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the current HSE management system in compliance with Westlake standards and ISO 45001 requirements, including:

1. Supporting the collection of information necessary to prepare and update risk assessments in accordance with local legal requirements
2. Supporting the execution of all periodic HSE inspections at the plant
3. Supporting internal HSE audits and organizing internal HSE training (records/documentation/scheduling)
4. Supporting PPE management (refilling automatic dispensers and checking quantities and stock levels)
5. Participating in meetings with personnel and supervisors to raise HSE awareness, including HSE meetings and daily shift change meetings
6. Supporting on-site verification of the correct application of HSE procedures and instructions
7. Checking contractor HSE documentation (in compliance with local legal requirements) and supervising contractors on-site

Requirements include:
