Bulgari Gioielli S.p.A., within the Health, Security and Safety Unit based in Rome , is looking for an HSE & Facilities Specialist.

The selected candidate will report to the HSE & Facilities Manager and will support the management of the HSE and Facilities activities for the High Jewelry production site in Rome, in line with Corporate Guidelines and HSE Management System procedures, and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Work for the improvement of the facilities management of the production site in Rome, supporting the HSE & Facilities Manager in developing procedures and control measures to ensure that the activities are carried out in line with planning and respecting qualitative and economic targets;
• Planning of periodical maintenance activities
• Manage requests from internal stakeholders related to maintenance, renovation, and facility services;
• Supervise maintenance performed by vendors, including periodic shifts during site closing;
• Support the team throughout the procurement and order management process, providing technical information for the renewal or new stipulation of service and maintenance contracts;
• Contribute to the definition of a new maintenance set-up in light of a future site opening;
• Cooperate with the team in ongoing activities, such as Procurement activities and Health, Safety, and Environment Management, to guarantee law compliance and maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.

Professional capabilities :

• Previous experience in Site facilities within production contexts
• Knowledge of procurement processes and management of site services contracts is appreciated
• Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001 HSE management systems is a plus
• General knowledge of main CAD tools and applications
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Problem-solving attitude
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills
• Proactivity and drive for results
