Rotork Controls Italy seeks an EHS Facilities Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and implement mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks under DLgs 81/2008 and help design prevention measures.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will conduct internal audits, KPI reporting, and investigations of injuries and near misses, supporting continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental performance across operations in Lucca and Tuscany.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in a structured company in a similar role.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations is required.
• Familiarity with international standards on safety and environmental management systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, and report KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.

Mansioni

• Coordinate ASPP tasks and ensure execution under DLgs. 81/2008.
• Prepare and deploy improvement and corrective action plans.
• Conduct internal audits and Gemba walks; investigate incidents.
• Report KPI data and support health, safety and environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to continuously improve HSE performance.
