Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA invites an engineering student to join our team in Nonantola (MO) for an internship focused on harmonizing internal Bosch requirements with Italian and International Technical Standards. The role emphasizes Electrical Safety Management and improving safety through data-driven methods.

You will map standards, analyze data to modernize safety workflows, and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to drive safety and efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrotechnical, Health, Safety & Environment, data analysis, or industrial processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze existing technical documentation related to electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate in defining and standardizing an electrical safety management system.
• Interface with internal technical departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Production).
• Be involved in new projects’ management at different sites.
• Support the execution of risk assessments on electrical systems across different company sites.
• Define a robust but flexible management system on electrical safety transversally and across various departments.
