Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA is offering an HSE curricular internship in Emilia-Romagna for engineering students. You will join the R&D team in Nonantola and contribute to electrical safety management, data-driven process improvements and safety culture across multiple sites.

The program provides structured mentorship, international exposure, and flexible learning to accommodate university commitments while gaining hands-on plant experience in safety and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with focus on Electrotechnical, HSE, data analysis or industrial processes.
• Interest in health, safety and environmental topics is essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support harmonization of internal Bosch requirements with Italian and international standards for Electrical Safety Management.
• Use data analytics to modernize safety workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and production to improve safety and efficiency.
• Participate in risk assessments and define a robust safety management system across sites.
