We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our two-person HRIS team. The ideal candidate will support the management, optimization, and reporting of our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and enabling data-driven HR decisions.

  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making, offering insights on key HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR, other departments, and external consultants to understand needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Provide functional and technical support to HRIS users, acting as a reference point for complex issues (Level 3 support).
  • Maintain and configure the HRIS system, ensuring updates, improvements, and new module implementations are delivered effectively.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of HR data through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
  • Contribute to HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring documentation and knowledge sharing are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment regulations through accurate data management and system governance.
  • Stay up to date on HRIS best practices and explore innovative tools, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, applicable to the HR domain.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, economics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing and supporting HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data management.
  • Proficiency in report creation and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at different levels.
  • A passion for or background in IT is a strong plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
