Our Client is a WW Luxury Goods Company, and for its Industrial plant and Operations (1,000 HC involved in Italy operations), near Florence, we are looking for a new role to support the worldwide HR IT strategic HCM project.

We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER for HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM / HRIS to join our HR team and support the HR / IT organization while overseeing projects.

The HRIS Project Manager's responsibilities include coordinating the rollout of the CORE HR project across three subsidiaries (Production & Retail) linked with the HQ in Paris. The role will also involve assisting local teams with other HRIS topics, such as the rollout of a budget tool.

This position requires working alongside technical developers, local IT teams, and the HR population.

The position is based in Italy near Firenze.

Occasional business trips to Milan may be required to support the retail team.

Overall Responsibilities
  1. Project Management and Human Capital System Management
  2. Support and coordinate the local team on Core HR rollout
  3. Track and report project progress
  4. Complete tasks assigned by the Global Project Manager efficiently and on time
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Global Project Manager
  6. Supervise and implement projects related to HR and IT
  7. Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
Requisiti - Skills and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, University)
  • Expertise in SAP platform concerning HCM integration processes
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in HRIS project management, HRIS, CORE HR, IT / HR Projects
  • Experience with project management software (SuccessFactors SAP preferred)
  • Knowledge of Italian payroll and payroll budget processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Italian (English fluent)
  • Ability to work well in a global team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
