Une entreprise dynamique recherche un stagiaire HRIS pour rejoindre son équipe à Carpi. Ce stage de 6 mois vous plongera dans un environnement rapide où vous aurez l'occasion d'apprendre sur les systèmes d'information des ressources humaines et de contribuer à des projets innovants. Vous aurez un rôle impliquant l'élaboration de rapports et le soutien à l'intégration de nouvelles technologies, tout en développant vos compétences en ressources humaines et en analyse de données.

Competenze

  • Diplôme en Économie ou Master en Data Analysis / RH.
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Intérêt fort pour les processus RH et la transformation numérique.

Mansioni

  • Assister à la mise en œuvre et à la maintenance des plateformes HRIS.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes inter-fonctionnelles pour soutenir la mise en place de nouveaux outils HRIS.
  • Assurer l'intégrité des données et la conformité.

We would like to include a HRIS Analyst Trainee who will strengthen the HR Team.

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and motivated student who is willing to undertake a 6-month internship and be part of our team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of global and local HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc.);
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of new HRIS tools and services;
  • Assist with data integrity, ensuring data accuracy and compliance;
  • Support the development and maintenance of HRIS reports and dashboards;
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and HRIS trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Economics or a Master’s in Data Analysis / HR;
  • Strong interest in HR processes and Digital Transformation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level);
  • Good command of English.
