We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner Trainee who will report to the HR Business Partner of HEINEKEN Italia in Milan.

The HRBP Trainee will support the HR Business Partner in:

  • the implementation of all people management related processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Salary Review, Budgeting, Employee Relations
  • the recruitment of junior profiles: from the phone interviews to assessment centers and interviews
  • the organization of the induction plans and welcome meetings for all new starters
  • the performance management & people development plan’s analysis
  • the collaboration with Universities and Education Institutions with Employer Branding Initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Humanities / Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Upper intermediate level (B2) as minimum
  • Full MS Office working proficiency
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proactive nature
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
