This role involves overseeing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR operations to enhance overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in law or labor consultancy, experience in a manufacturing environment, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate at all levels.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP Payroll and Administration is responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR administrative functions. This role ensures accurate and timely salary payments, maintains employee records, and strategically supports HR operations to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • According to HR Manager and in collaboration with regional HR Director and company President, implement plant operations recruitment strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs;
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to all employee lifecycle;
  • Serve as link between Corporate/HQ Human Resources and Manufacturing Plant by handling HR related questions, interpreting and explaining human resources policies and helping resolve employee relations issues
  • Provide local support to collective bargaining process for all negotiations and collective agreements
  • Perform other human resources functions via support and guidance of Corporate/HQ HR department (i.e. performance management, targeted selection, training and development, benefits administration etc.)
  • Administer disciplinary actions under directions of HR Manager, EIMEA HR Director and company President
  • All others HR administrative activities to support payroll elaboration

In addition to the above:

  • Handling employment agreements
  • Coordinate communications towards Inps/Inail/Agenzia delle Entrate/etc.
  • Managing regulations and requirements provided by Law 68/99;
  • Layoff administration
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Timesheet and attendance
  • Company Welfare
  • Privacy/GDPR compliance
  • Act as interface between the Company and the labor consultancy office
  • all others administrative activities related to labor relationships

Key requirements and skills:

  • Degree in Law or Labor Consultancy
  • A previous experience as Human Resources in a manufacturing environment will be considered a plus
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Personal integrity and ethic

  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
  • Great enthusiasm and motivation
  • Works well as part of a team in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment
