Descrizione del lavoro

We're looking for an HR professional with HR experience to join our growing team. If you have project management skills, strong HR knowledge, and fluent English, this role could be for you. You will have the possibility to effectively support the rollout of HR projects and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Process Improvement, Employee Development, and other HR focus areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Identifying needs; sourcing using various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates; screening and evaluation; negotiation, offer, and onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
  2. Projects: Supporting the execution of Group HR projects and initiatives related to HR focus areas.
  3. Reporting: Tracking key recruitment metrics and providing reports on projects by preparing drafts, presentations, and analytics.
  4. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR for continuous improvement of processes and policies.
  5. Finding opportunities to continuously improve existing processes and working with team members to update or re-engineer processes and policies.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication skills: essential for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment strategies.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Initiative and good stress management.
  • Excellent awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • 2 or more years of work experience in similar positions.
Qualifications

Degree in humanities and/or economics; a master’s degree in human resources will be considered a plus.

Business units: Human Resources and Personnel Administration.
