Job summary

Heritage in Milan is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition intern to join our growing team. You will help manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and build pipelines of exceptional candidates.

The role offers hands-on training in executive search and direct sourcing, exposure to entrepreneurs and investors, and the chance to contribute from day one in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for People and especially for Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
• Driven, active listener, humble and hard-working.
• University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar will be considered a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Can join from October/November 2026 for a 6-month internship

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews and proactively build pipelines of exceptional candidates: going beyond inbound applications to identify and engage high-caliber talent who may not be actively looking.
• Learn and apply the executive search methodology to conduct direct research (mapping target companies, identifying and approaching passive candidates, building structured talent maps)
• Learn to communicate with hiring managers: understanding their real needs, aligning on role requirements and establishing a clear, structured way of working together throughout each search.
• Implement talent development and performance management initiatives
• Support and execute onboarding activities that set new joiners up to contribute from day one.
• Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics
• Provide ad-hoc support for broader HR-related tasks.

Your role

As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in finding the exceptional talent that will define Heritage's future. As we scale, every search is an opportunity to raise the bar for the entire firm.
