Payroll Management
- Supervise and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- Verify payroll data such as attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and taxes.
- Coordinate with the Finance department regarding salary disbursements and statutory payments.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Compensation & Benefits (Reward)
- Implement and monitor compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Administer employee benefits such as insurance, BPJS (social security), allowances, and bonuses.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to support pay structure adjustments.
- Support performance management and reward programs.
HR Data & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly payroll and benefits reports for management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and employee data.
- Support HR budgeting related to payroll and benefits costs.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, labor regulations, and tax laws.
- Update payroll and reward-related policies as required by regulation changes.
- Liaise with government agencies and auditors when needed.
- Supervise and guide payroll and reward team members.
- Provide training and support to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., recruitment, training, industrial relations).
