Company: An automotive sector company S.p.A.

The selected candidate will have a background in Human Resources and experience as an HR Specialist in companies. They will act as a bridge between the company, employees, and consultants in training and HR areas. Specifically, the responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with agencies and employment agencies to recruit internal staff;
2. Search and select new employees;
3. Manage interprofessional funds for training interventions;
4. Manage direct and temporary employees.

Required qualifications:

• Degree / Master in humanistic subjects, preferably in training sciences, psychology, or similar fields;
• At least three years of experience in the same role within entities or companies, particularly in recruiting and training.

Additional requirements:

• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with lunch break;
• Reside or are domiciled in or near Flumeri.

Passion for the role, a broad perspective, listening skills, problem-solving ability, excellent empathy, and communication skills are essential qualities.
