As an HR Specialist, you will be passionate about creating an enthusiastic team that elevates our guests’ experiences during their stays at our properties.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting our properties in the recruitment process by providing regular updates.
2. Assisting the team with CV pre-screening, telephone screening, and providing feedback to candidates.
3. Coordinating candidate interviews with Managers.
4. Advertising vacancies on our website and various recruitment channels.
5. Managing the company’s employee database and preparing reports.
6. Assisting in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
7. Supporting the team in coordinating employee development plans and performance management.
