Descrizione del lavoro

We are Tecnimont SpA, an EPC contractor of Maire Tecnimont Group, a global leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group ranks among the top engineering contractors worldwide.

Within the scope of executive projects, you will supervise and manage expatriates and locally hired personnel, ensuring compliance with local laws and adherence to the standards and policies of the Group.

You will be based in Milan and then seconded abroad, working directly on-site or at the project branch.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring HR reports & metrics for the management team, ensuring equitable and legal compliance with local labor terms & conditions.
  2. Planning workforce requirements, managing vacancies through re-assignments or recruitment.
  3. Supporting Milan HQ in managing expatriates and local hires, ensuring full legal compliance.
  4. Driving local payroll processes, including timesheet and expense report management.
  5. Negotiating salary conditions and employment contracts with candidates.
  6. Initiating new hire paperwork and managing immigration documentation to meet company and country requirements.
  7. Assisting employees with HR queries during their service period.
  8. Providing advice on Compensation & Benefits, policies, incentives, merit reviews, and salary equity analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics or Humanities; a postgraduate master in HR is a strong plus.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment and staffing roles.

Experience in working successfully in a multinational organization is preferred.

Availability to relocate abroad is required.

Develop troubleshooting, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
