HR Specialist Position

Azienda

This role is within a large organization in the transport and distribution industry. With a significant presence in Italy, the company prides itself on its commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of a robust human resources department.

Offerta

• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and HR project management
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job description drafting, CV screening, and interviews
• Coordinate onboarding processes and new hire integration
• Organize and manage internal and external training initiatives
• Administer employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with payroll consultants: check payslips, manage absences, leave, etc.
• Maintain relationships with employment agencies and external consultants
• Interpret and apply the applicable CCNL and labor legislation
• Monitor HR data and performance KPIs, create reports and PowerPoint presentations for management

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful HR Specialist (no people management) should have:

• Degree in Economics, Law, or Humanities
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within structured or multinational companies
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Master's Degree in Human Resources (a plus)
