S&you, a renowned international brand dedicated to Professional Staffing and Search & Selection for Middle Management and Executive areas, is seeking to fill a key position for a leading company operating in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Position

We are looking for a qualified HR Specialist with the following profile:

• Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Humanities, or other fields with a Master in HR Management;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR processes; candidates with a Master in HR Management may be considered with less experience.

Main Responsibilities

Aligned with the HR Strategy Italy and Group, the HR Specialist will:

Within the perimeter

• Support the Italian HR Manager in key Group processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, People Review, and Succession Planning, including launching, monitoring, reviewing, and improving these activities, with international collaboration and meeting participation;
• Participate in Italy-specific development initiatives like Group Development Center and targeted development programs, engaging with national colleagues and attending meetings.

Environmental Social Governance (ESG)

• Assist in designing and implementing activities outlined in the Group and Natco ESG action plans, collaborating with national and international HR teams, and participating in meetings;
• Update progress on sustainability objectives as per Italy’s Sustainability Report and Governance ESG standards.

Professional Skills

• Basic knowledge of HR processes;
• Intermediate understanding of key HR development tools;
• Basic knowledge of D&I, ESG, and Certification Systems topics;
• Proficiency in Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
• Intermediate proficiency in English;
• Strong team orientation, stress management, results-driven attitude, dynamism, proactivity, analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, confidentiality, and forward-looking approach;
• Willingness to learn and deepen knowledge.

Additional Information

Permanent contract under Metalmeccanica Industria CCNL, with salary commensurate with experience and seniority.
