A leading company in the luxury goods sector is seeking an HR Specialist to manage HR activities and programs for their Florence plant. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in HR, 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing, and be fluent in both English and French. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance workplace culture.

Descrizione del lavoro

The HR Specialist manages overall HR activities, services and programs for the plant, reporting to HR Plant Manager.

Ensure efficient and timely HR service delivery to the business in terms of :

  • Identify the staffing requirement for new open positions or replacements, working closely with the line managers supporting them in the recruiting process
  • Plan and organize a proper induction for the new employees & monitor probation periods
  • Conducting and analyze exit interviews, doing recommendations to management when needed
  • Act as initial point of contact for employee groups and help to assess needs, guide requests, manage special projects, and drive action planning when needed
  • Support the business to achieve staff job objectives by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising results
  • Support HR Manager ensuring the annual performance review cycle
  • Participate in and support the deployment of organizational development activities to maximize staff participation in events and opportunities to strengthen our staff capability, performance and workplace culture
  • Coordinate with C&B function make sure all relevant processes and procedures are completed and compliant
  • Ensure that HR guidelines and policies are applied in compliance with Maison and Group policies
  • Contribute to all relevant file & database updates and reporting, so as to track the HR activity and processes, as well as their compliance with Company and Group policies

PROFIL

Master’s Degree required, preferably in HR / organization management

  • 3 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment

Computer literate (Microsoft Office pack, HR tools & softwares )

Fluent in English and French

Hands on attitude and autonomy in the role spoused to strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage and motivate others

Able to prioritize and deal multiple priorities within a fast-paced & changing environment

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional & cross-cultures teams
