Main Activities

1. Recruiting: posting job ads, screening CVs, interviews, onboarding
2. Personnel administration: contracts, renewals, updating records
3. Monitoring attendance, holidays, permits; supporting payroll management
4. Collaboration with labor consultants / payroll office
5. Supporting the organization of training courses
6. Participation in performance evaluation processes
7. Updating HR reports, organizational charts, and KPIs
8. Managing mandatory documentation and regulatory compliance
9. Initiatives for well-being and corporate climate
