This position is responsible for managing all HR & benefit administration and system services provided by the HRSS team for Italy, France, & Spain, ensuring they are performed within Service Level Agreements. The HRSS team will interact with employees, managers, and Country HR Teams in EMEAI. Additionally, this role will establish and apply quality standards for all duties and ensure compliance activities are performed accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR Shared Services environment
- People management experience and team development skills
- Understanding of employment legislation in Italy, with French/Spanish desired
- Ability to resolve complex operational issues
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Adaptability and professionalism in a changing environment
- Experience handling sensitive data
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills in Italian and English; French desired
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Knowledge of HR systems like Oracle, ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate HR & benefit administration and data delivery for payroll
- Support regional HRSS strategy and work plans
- Act as a customer relationship manager for business units
- Conduct service reviews and manage KPIs & SLAs
- Collaborate with US HRIT team on system improvements
- Produce and analyze KPI reports for continuous improvement
- Support policy development and HR projects
- Manage core processes like bonus payments and performance cycles
- Participate in HR integration/migration projects
Team Supervision & Development
- Manage HRSS operations team, setting objectives and monitoring performance
- Provide support, feedback, and recognition to team members
- Identify training needs and develop team skills
- Support budget planning and employee engagement activities
Continuous Improvement
- Lead process review and redesign using LEAN methodology
- Identify opportunities for digitalization and scope expansion
- Promote adoption of HRIT tools and develop process documentation
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure HR systems are effectively used and maintained
- Conduct regular data audits and cleansing
Training & Communication
- Coordinate HR systems training and resource development
- Maintain HR SharePoint hub for guidance and information
- Participate in HRSS best practice networks
