To enhance the capabilities of the Compensation, Benefits, and Reporting Competence Center, we are seeking a young professional passionate about numbers and people.

• HR Reporting Specialist
• You will work with the Compensation, Benefits, and Reporting Senior Director and support activities such as:
• Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from various sources, including the HRIS, payroll outputs, surveys, exit interviews, employment records, labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other relevant sources.
• Preparing reports of data results, presenting, and explaining findings to senior leadership.
• Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns related to recruitment, compensation, labor costs, people development, turnover, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with the annual budget and forecast processes.
• Continuously improving systems, processes, and capabilities, and providing training to HR staff.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A thorough understanding of HR topics, processes, and policies, and the ability to connect them with business strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to quickly learn the Group HRIS, payroll structures, and similar employee management software
• Good command of English
