Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is seeking an HR Relations and Rewards Manager to join our team at the global headquarters in Seriate (BG).

This position is responsible for defining and ensuring the execution of HR relations and rewards processes at the global level, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

What will you do?
  1. Coordinate, supervise, and support the Relations and Rewards team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues.
  2. Monitor team performance and propose tools and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Oversee the Total Rewards systems, including salary benchmarks, salary reviews, and Management by Objectives (MBOs) at the group level.
  4. Consolidate the People Budget and conduct labor cost controlling.
  5. Oversee work-life balance policies, welfare solutions, and employee agreements.
  6. Draft and implement guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance in relationships with unions, workers’ representatives, labor authorities, and employees.
  7. Participate in HR projects.
  8. Travel up to 30% of the time among our plants worldwide.
Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration.
  • Strong skills in statistics and data analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of business economics.
  • Deep knowledge of HR management principles and practices.
  • Fluent in English.
Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree, preferably in economics, law, or organizational psychology.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR management.
