Une entreprise internationale en développement recherche un Assistant RH & Recruitment pour un contrat permanent à temps partiel. Ce poste est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent évoluer dans un environnement flexible et international, en développant leur expertise en gestion des talents. Le candidat devra gérer les processus de recrutement, de l'organisation d'entretiens à la rédaction d'offres d'emploi, tout en utilisant des outils numériques.

Your missions

AsHR & Recruitment Assistant, you will be :

  • Organizing and tracking interviews with candidates and managers
  • Managing applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Drafting and publishing job offers on various platforms
  • Managing recruitment processes from A to Z for junior profiles
  • Preparing and monitoring employment contracts, HR procedures, and documents
  • Managing onboarding processes and employee files
  • Assisting in improving HR processes and ensuring compliance
  • Writing content for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Supporting external communication initiatives related to HR and recruitment

Your ideal profile

  • Previous experience or strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
