Our Italy team is looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment assistant who qualifies under Legge 68 / 99 to join the growing team located in Treviso on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Currie & Brown has been active in Italy since 2010. Over the past 10 years, we have helped both national and international clients implement their expansion plans in Italy across sectors such as hospitality and leisure, residential, commercial property, logistics, and Data Centres.

What is it that we require you to do
As Recruiter your responsibilities will include :
- Understanding our market and mapping potential candidates against current vacancies.
- Managing recruitment database administration, candidate liaison, interview scheduling, coordinating with recruitment agencies and job boards, updating the recruitment tracker, managing recruitment emails, and providing weekly recruitment statistics to the UK recruitment team leader.
- Placing adverts on our company website, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Using LinkedIn for candidate networking and sourcing.
- Representing Currie & Brown professionally when speaking with candidates.
- Building relationships with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment diary.
As HR Officer your responsibilities will include :
- Managing and developing policies and projects aligned with the HR strategy, legislative changes, and business needs.
- Leading HR projects in line with the Group’s people strategy.
- Collaborating to ensure excellence in HR processes.
- Ensuring legal and regulatory HR compliance for all employees and collaborators in Italy.
- Implementing training programs and managing performance evaluations.
- Supporting continuous development within the team and improving processes and procedures.
- Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their talent needs.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Managing administrative HR tasks such as payroll, vacation, sick leave, and contracts.
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance with regular reviews.
- Communicating effectively with employees and collaborators.
- Maintaining communication with the Labor Consultant and the HR team in London.
What skills and attributes we require from you
- Registration for targeted placement under law 68 / 99.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in HR and/or in-house recruitment.
- Experience supporting and managing a work environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards is preferred but not essential.
- A degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English at a business/professional level.
- Knowledge of HR systems and IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and report writing.
- Resilience and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-organized, diligent, and proactive.
