HR RECRUITER - Targeted Placement L.68/99 Art.1

The HR team is looking for a specialized HR RECRUITER registered under targeted placement law L.68/99 art.1.

The selected candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, conducting interviews, and phone screening. Responsibilities also include CV evaluation and interview organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to build strong relationships with candidates, and support their professional development. They will collaborate with various teams to understand hiring needs and help identify suitable profiles for open positions.

Requirements

Experience in human resources is necessary. Skills in conducting interviews, phone screening, and CV screening are essential. Relational skills, teamwork ability, flexibility, and results orientation are positively valued.

Additional Information

Offer includes:

• Part-time contract of 21 hours, Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 6 PM.
• Level V classification under the CCNL Commercio.
• Workplace: Ivrea.

The position is open to candidates in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003.
