Position

We are looking for an experiencedHR Recruiterspecializing inactive candidate search, preferably in thetechnical/engineering sector, with experience in international recruitment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implementrecruitment strategiesaligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with management toidentify staffing needsand define ideal candidate profiles
  • Conductactive sourcingthrough headhunting, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms
  • Manage the entire recruitment process up to offer negotiation
  • Organize and participate inrecruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Trackrecruitment KPIs(time to hire, source of hire, etc.) and maintain an updated candidate database
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experiencein recruitment, ideally in technical/engineering roles
  • Strong expertise inactive sourcing and headhuntingtechniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

The position is based at our headquarters in Parma
