The Candidate will directly report to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager.

The Role:

• Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to find and attract candidates, particularly for our Engineering, R&D, Commercial, Operations, Service departments and Central Function
• Use social media tools to launch recruiting campaigns and manage the full recruitment life-cycle from intake meeting to shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• You will Identify, hunt, attract and screen candidates from across all disciplines
• Managing time effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
• Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best talent, globally
• Handle the application process end to end
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the use of LinkedIn;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities/economics/law;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package;
• Fluency in English is essential for this role;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Reliability, flexibility, punctuality and accuracy;
• Proactivity, problem-solving and multitasking.
• 2/3 year of previous professional experience in similar roles
• previous experience in recruitment for technical roles
