We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to support our diverse and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions while working with a leading company at the forefront of innovation.

In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities and be part of a dedicated and collaborative Hub HR team.

Your Responsibilities :
  1. Oversee and manage a range of HR projects impacting Hub business.
  2. Drive workforce planning tools and processes, contribute to their development. Coach HRBPs and managers on tool usage and ensure data quality.
  3. Maintain Hitachi Global Grading consistency and accuracy across the Hub. Own the job book and recommend job mapping.
  4. Drive Hub people analytics: design and deliver dashboards, educate HRBPs and managers through toolkits and training. Conduct audits for HR data accuracy and analytics on training completion.
  5. Support key HR processes such as salary reviews, incentive plans, talent reviews, performance management, talent nominations, and engagement surveys by defining data management requirements and reporting.
  6. Promote and educate on HR tools in collaboration with HRBPs, facilitating issue resolution.
  7. Run audits on HR data quality in Workday.
  8. Contribute to HR transformation projects related to data management, digitalization, and tools.
  9. Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
Requirements :
  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role with project management skills.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Workday.
  4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building at all organizational levels.
  6. Flexibility, results-oriented mindset, and team collaboration skills.
