To strengthen the HR team based in Milan, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is seeking a HR Manager with a focus on human resources management within the organization. The role involves planning resources, optimizing business processes, and organizational design. Responsibilities include managing systems for monitoring and evaluating company-wide performance, supervising the development and implementation of employee skills, analyzing personnel data and monitoring KPIs, participating in identifying, evaluating, planning, and reviewing successors for key positions, and updating HR departmental procedures.

Requirements include a university degree, proven experience in similar roles within multinational environments, strong analytical skills, good knowledge of HR data analysis tools, legal and fiscal regulations, and proficiency in English.
