PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Saipem is looking for a person to fill the role of HR Management & Administration within the HR department of People Administration - Human Resources at its headquarters in Milan.

In particular, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Administrative tasks related to the management of hiring and termination processes
  2. Mandatory communications
  3. Payroll processing and document checks
  4. Management of holidays, overtime, maternity, etc.
  5. Management of social security and supplementary relationships, updating of personal, salary, tax, and contribution data

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in the role at Professional Consulting Firms or administrative offices of structured companies
  2. Ability to work independently and in a team
  3. Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to delve into tasks while managing multiple internal clients simultaneously
  4. Knowledge of administrative management and payroll related to foreign contracts will be considered a preferential element
