Wittur Italia recherche un HR Payroll Generalist expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe RH dynamique. Le candidat retenu gérera l'administration du personnel au sein d'un groupe industriel bien structuré, en s'assurant que les processus de paie et de gestion des employés soient optimisés et efficaces. Ce rôle requiert flexibilité, orientation vers la résolution de problèmes et des compétences en gestion, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise des outils de paie.

Competenze

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans des environnements industriels.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (B2).
  • Connaissance pratique des logiciels de gestion des ressources humaines et de la paie.

Mansioni

  • Gestion complète du cycle administratif du personnel (intégration, résiliations, modifications de contrats).
  • Traitement des paies et des contributions, liaison avec des consultants externes.

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Generalist specialized in personnel administration to strengthen our HR team within a well-structured industrial group. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic production environment and will be responsible for managing administrative activities related to employee management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Full management of the personnel administrative cycle (administrative onboarding, terminations, contract changes)
  2. Payroll and contributions processing, liaison with external payroll consultants
  3. Employee service desk
  4. Support corporate welfare programs
  5. Manage leaves, holidays, sick leave, permissions, business trips, and expense reimbursements
  6. Manage relations with INPS, INAIL, CU, Uniemens, SARE
  7. Monitor and manage monthly payroll variables
  8. Administration of salary deductions, garnishments, and insurance policies
  9. Support salary budgeting, salary review processes, and labor cost analysis

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Good command of the English language (B2)
  • Practical knowledge of HR management and payroll software tools (e.g., Zucchetti)
  • Willingness to attend a different company location at least twice a month (Seriate)
  • Flexibility and strong problem-solving orientation

Additional Assets:

  • Experience in HR budget analysis and salary review processes
  • Familiarity with management software SuccessFactors

Location: Colorno (PR), Italy – Full-time position

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Contract: Permanent contract with the possibility of smart working, once the trial period has passed and according to the rules of the function manager.
