Descrizione del lavoro

As HR Partner (formerly HRBP) of HVM, you will oversee all employees within the group and serve as a corporate culture ambassador, supporting the Leadership team of the holding to achieve industrial plan goals. Your role is critical in recruiting top talents, representing our people needs, providing internal support for offices in Italy and the US, and developing a People Plan to foster our corporate culture. You will deliver holistic, world-class HR services to all teams. A key aspect of your role will be acting as a consultant and bridge between Management and frontline team members.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree or equivalent
  2. 5+ years of HR experience in an international, fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  3. Fluent in Italian and English (verbal and written)
  4. In-depth knowledge of Italian labour laws
  5. Experience influencing and advising executives
  6. Confident self-starter, able to work independently
  7. Proven ability to persuade and influence as a skilled negotiator
  8. Successful track record in establishing variable pay models
  9. Flexibility to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Apple, and Google Suite
Your Profile and Responsibilities
  1. Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, committed to hiring and developing the best talent
  2. Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans to drive lasting change
  3. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership to enhance their effectiveness
  4. Utilize evaluative and problem-solving skills, including proactive data gathering
  5. Be the first point of contact for employees, supporting and resolving queries
  6. Focus on continuous improvement and best practices, collaborating with Finance and Payroll departments
  7. Develop innovative shift and flexible working models
  8. Negotiate agreements with current and new employees and develop our welfare system
  9. Promote and spread our Culture Manifesto, Vision, and company mission
  10. Lead, coach, and develop the employment brand team
  11. Identify new opportunities to enhance the employer brand by analyzing industry practices and partnerships
  12. Present strategies and ideas clearly to stakeholders

The role reports to the CEO, working in partnership with the General Manager, Finance Manager, and the Executive Assistant at Human Vs Machine. It is based in Milan, with monthly remote working days. This is a full-time position requiring travel.
