A leading company in Milan seeks an HR Partner to oversee employee engagement and recruitment. The role involves collaborating with leadership to develop a People Plan, ensuring a strong corporate culture, and providing world-class HR services. Candidates must have a Master’s degree and extensive HR experience, with fluency in Italian and English required.
As HR Partner (formerly HRBP) of HVM, you will oversee all employees within the group and serve as a corporate culture ambassador, supporting the Leadership team of the holding to achieve industrial plan goals. Your role is critical in recruiting top talents, representing our people needs, providing internal support for offices in Italy and the US, and developing a People Plan to foster our corporate culture. You will deliver holistic, world-class HR services to all teams. A key aspect of your role will be acting as a consultant and bridge between Management and frontline team members.
The role reports to the CEO, working in partnership with the General Manager, Finance Manager, and the Executive Assistant at Human Vs Machine. It is based in Milan, with monthly remote working days. This is a full-time position requiring travel.
