What you will do

• Manage HR operations in Italy & Nordics (UK, Sweden, Netherlands)
• Handle employee inquiries via Jira
• Manage employee files and administration
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and offboarding
• Administer HRIS (Workday) and maintain an updated employee database
• Collaborate with payroll specialists to oversee pay processes
• Supervise leave management, benefits, and rewards
• Improve HR processes continuously
• Support HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Act as liaison between employees and HR
• Prepare HR reports
• Research and interpret HR policies as needed

You will report to the HR Operations Director and be part of the Global HR Operations team covering 13 countries.

Who you are

• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR management, law, or business
• Rigorous, curious, detail-oriented
• Open-minded, adaptable, proactive in problem-solving
• Tech-savvy: familiar with HRIS, Google Drive, Office, Notion
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and professional English
• Team player
