This position reports to

HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

1. Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
2. Supports employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool).
3. Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.
4. Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services.
5. Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems.
6. Provides on-demand reports related to the process, where required.
7. Supports the team on ad hoc activities.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree. Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
• Microsoft Office and SAP (preferable) skills.
• Fluent business English.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Analytical skills and good attention to details.
• A customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can do" attitude.
